I imagine that antiaircraft weaponry has improved with the U-2.
carnifern: Look at the last line of my post. I was being facetious: I know the Soviets (and maybe the Cubans, too, if your post is right) have taken out U-2s. I’m just wondering why (Gulf of Tonkin) we’ve chosen (Lusitania) this dangerous route (Pearl Harbor).
