I choose Karla Homulka, she drugged her 15 year old sister so her husband-to-be could rape her, Tammy died.

Karla then married Paul Bernardo/Teale and helped him kidnap and torture and murder two other teenaged girls.

I’d choose having her swallow broken glass with a chaser of rubbing alcohol.
