I imagine that it’s true. I’ve heard rumblings about it in conservative circles. The problem that I keep running into is, well, you know all those companies and city governments that promise to pay for a woman’s travel out of state to procure an abortion? This presumably isn’t an original idea, but what if, instead of having an abortion, a woman decides to remove her child (sic) from life support? There was the whole Schiavo mess so the QOP would undoubtedly try to pass laws restricting even more parental rights, but at first glance it seems like a dodge an aggressive attorney and/or doctor get make fly. ---
