This morning I’ve been treated to the epic butthurt of some of my co-workers, complete with one guy going on a rant about the government that ended with him comparing the trans-fat ban to the legalization of abortion. ---

And just when Atlanta was dealing with all those damn zombies. Seriously though, that’s really cool to see in a deep fried Southern state; yet Atlanta being a huge urban area, it’s not too surprising. ---

The US Military just issued a statement that they will allow SSM in all military bases in all 50 states. I assume this means that mil chaplains are starting to hold SSM ceremonies as of noonish today. ---

Great news and about time. Conservatives shouldn’t be upset. It’s a partnership agreement and absent strong public interest the government should have limited interference in agreements between consenting adults. ---
