OP: _Bastard_ is an obsolescent (not fast enough) term for a child of parents not wed to each other, or a colloquial term for a person who is a vile and odious churl. \*Bustard \*is a large Eurasian game bird. Please do not get them confused. And I believe the doctor told you to not get your pills confused, either. ---
