# Supressing sneezes

The person who asked the question about suppressing sneezes wrote, “I have a habit of containing my sneezes by quickly holding my nose and shutting my mouth.”

There’s another way to stifle a sneeze – curl your upper lip up against your nose. I have done this for many years, and it works quite well.
