Two related questions regarding hairplugs:

1. My medical flexible spending account covered the cost of my Lasik, so I got it mostly tax free. Do these plans cover hair restoration as well?

2. If I am a small business owner and I find a study that bald men are less successful or earn less than men with a full head of hair, can I legitimately claim the procedure as a business expense?

I am not sure about travel abroad, but I got a hunch it is for all US states and territories, as the tax break is meant to benefit U.S. surgeons.
