Meconium is generally described as “tar-like”, which I think is a pretty good description. Certainly more liquid than that monstrosity in the OP.
OK, time to get really gross - the thing in the OP was obviously either sculpted or collected in water and then cast. It’s all round and tubular, which poops are in a toilet bowl, but not in a diaper, a bucket or even free-form on the floor.
Believe me, I spend a lot of time around composting toilets. Poop smooshes.
