I did 4 years active duty in the USAF after high school so I got a later start. Got my BSME at 28. Went into the work force for a few years and got my Masters in Engineering at 35. ---

Can I tag along? For those with many years between undergraduate and graduate, why? For those with less than 3 years between degrees, how come? E.g.: John Mace took 13 months to get an MS; Details? ---
