As much as I think Judd made a complete fool of himself, they had to keep him. He did save his tribe twice in challenges. Besides, you knew they were voting Margeret off when that chick (was it Cindy?) said the vote would fix things on the tribe but maybe not permanently-- ie, the Judd/Mags feud would be over, but Judd might start a feud with someone else. Still, that will go down as one of the all time best TCs of Suvivor. The Judd meltdown. Wow. ---

i think the reason they’re keeping Judd is because of his size, I would. It might come in handy in some of those challenges. If not for that, I’d get rid of him in a heartbeat, I couldn’t stand him for 30 minutes. Looking at Gary, I would never suspect him a football player, much less a QB-basketball maybe. Did you hear how quiet both tibes got right after BobbyJon and that other guy starting hooting at each other?? All this hooting and chest bumping, then they just walk away and you could hear a pin drop…and other people thinking we need to walk a wide circle around those guys. reaky. ---

At the time I posted last night, I hadn’t thought of that, but you’re probably right. Just because I would try to go into Tribal Council with a fairly open mind doesn’t mean anybody else would. And in terms of actually being strong, there’s no argument that Judd’s an invaluable asset to his team. It’s just … well, Margaret was spot on: he’s a self-absorbed bully. And I wouldn’t want to spend any more time with him than I have to. As **Little Nemo** pointed out, the right way to go here would have been to point out to everyone beforehand exactly why Judd needed to go to advance their own game. It looked like Margaret just lost her will to fight at that point, and didn’t bother. Which is a shame, I think. ---

If Judd wasn’t so scary, he might be funny. He lies so poorly, it floors me that anyone in that camp might believe him. He’s as obvious as Subliminal Man: “Who took the beer? I did. I want to know who took the beer, 'cause I sure didn’t! I’m lying! Did you take the beer? Still lying! Whoever took the beer is going home! Lying, lying, lying! I’m going to find out who took the beer! Ohmigod, my pants are on FIRE!” His explosion at TC was downright _creepy._ I know it was probably hevily edited, but to have that many vocal outbursts . . . that boy has a screw loose. He was so upset about Margaret’s suggestion he might have ADD-- methinks the lad doth protest too much. I had to giggle at Rafe’s expression at TC. He looked like he’d _pay_ a million dollars not to have to it through that kind of ruckus. ---

Most entertaining Tribal Council _ever_ last night, IMO. I’ve only ever lurked in these threads but last night was such a scream I gotta post something, man. I gotta write, man. I gotta type and keep going and vb code until I’ve submitted the post, man. I am penmanship. [ul][li]First, **middleman** , I’ve been thorough enjoying your Rich Rankings every week. The new Judd category is hilarious. I wish I had discovered the Rankings before this season. The best part of my Friday mornings.[/li][li]Props to CBS for last week’s first tease of “Big, Big, Big,” where it seemed as though the dust up between Bobby Jon and Jamie was a longer fight prompted by Amy’s injury. Part of my fascination with _Survivor_ is the incredible editing, so even though I was ultimately disappointed with the fight, it’s all good.[/li][li]Speaking of Bobby Jon and Jamie, did anyone understand a single word either one screamed at the other? Were those even words at all? They seemed to understand each other, at least.[/li][li]Judd’s buffoonery at TC has already made this season, especially his interrupting people on the topic of listening to people, to use middleman’s words. But it went beyond even that. I dare say he failed to make a compelling case that he does not have ADD or any other D. Was anyone else reminded of the sweathogs when Judd interrupted Jeff’s pre-vote summarization, raising his hand and jumping out of his seat? Ooooooh, ooooooh, Mr. Proooooooobst! Margaret’s calm, collected observation that Judd “also has a problem with recall” was priceless. So was the slow-mo replay of Judd’s wild-eyed vote reveal during Margaret’s final words.[/li][/ul] I actually have Judd in my office pool. I sure don’t expect to collect. ---

If you can stroke his ego, and not get him a reason to think you’re against him, you could ride him all the way to the end of the game. He’s big and strong enough to win a bunch of individual immunities, and dumb enough not to know he’s being played. Is there anyone of the remaining Survivors who wouldn’t love to be sitting next to him in the final vote? ---

Say what you will about Judd, at least he isn’t as boring as everybody else. I loved that he traded the hot dog for a beer. Didn’t so much love that he took the other beer. But anyway, as others have said, quite possibly the best TC ever. I can’t stand Danni. Don’t know why (other than my inherent distrust of skinny people 🙂 ). It’s not the hat, it’s not her twigginess…it’s perhaps her intangible essence that annoys me so. Which of course means she’s a shoo-in to get the million. Had Brian made it to the merge, I think that’s when he really would have started to shine. Bobby Jon is a slobbering idiot. What did he say about his baboon fight with Jamie? “I had to put him in his place”??? WTF? You didn’t do anything of the sort…you just looked like an idiot. Most likely because you are an idiot. Not that Jamie’s far behind you. Mad props to Amy for toughing it out. nice job on the rankings **middleman** ---
