Don’t forget, it’s on tonight again!
I heard an interview on my local radio station with Kim this morning. Last week they had Jeff on there. _spoiler for those not interested in stuff outside the game_
He said to watch for them on finale night. If they are sitting side by side, then they’re “together” if not, then they won’t be persuing a relationship. I thought they sat in order that they got the boot?? Anyway, the DJ said he was passing on the message that Jeff’s single and available and if she’s interested, so is he. She said she would be interested in a relationship with him as well.
Anyway, looking forward to tonight. I’m interested to see what happens if Koror wins Immunity again.

Madonna, but having known so many braggart whining faultfinding rednecks like James in my life it gives me far more pleasure than it should to see him outshot by a girl (way outshot by, in fact) and even outshot by the homo who tossed him off the floating platform. (It was especially nice that it came so fast after he was reaming out Ibrahem for not being able to dive.) When Ulang got to go on their reward challenge he was the welfare kid- he had nothing to do with getting them there (which, positions reversed, he’d no doubt have mentioned to one of the other tribemembers).
Two questions:
1- Can Muslims drink Mai-Tais?
2- What was the brand of those potato chips they were eating? I didn’t quite catch the name…

And Ulang bites it again. If they’ve a brain in their collective head they’ll put James (of the “alligator mouth and hummin’bird ass…”) in the lifeboat and sail it out to the currents. (I don’t think cholera could decimate an island quicker than these folks.) I swear the producers are deliberately prolonging the agony by withholding a merge.

How can they go without a merge now? It’s literally impossible for Koror to NOT sit out the same person in two successive challenges now.

They could have a change in the rules. The way they dealt with a tie was different from what we expected, so they could just say “Okay, now you can’t sit people out more than two challenges in a row…”
But they’ll probably merge. It’s time.

Honestly, I wanted to root for Ulang to win the immunity challenge. Really, I did.
But I couldn’t. Reason number 1. Stephenie. --Look, sweetie, I’m happy you won the reward challenge. winning stuff is great. But, you’ve won reward challenges before without winning the subsequent immunity challenge. And, the fact that the reward challenge was not physical suggested to me that the imimunity challenge would be. (As it turned out, it was only sorta physical).
Reason 2. James. Something about the way he talked about this great knot that no one would be able to figure out just made me want the other team to figure it out just to show what a pompous idiot he was.
Reason 3. James (again). As Jeff said, he spent 3 or 4 minutes walking around fussing with his skirt- while the ladies from the other tribe tied knot after knot in their additional rope. Might not be the end of the world, but it shure didn’t help much.

Sweet baby Jesus, this would have been a painful episode to watch, if I didn’t think it was the funniest gosh-darned thing I’ve ever seen in my life. How is it humanly possible for a team to suck so badly without the benefit of having Osten? My Dyson vacuum doesn’t have that much suck! I think from now on I will refer to people at work who suck more than suck itself as “Ulongs” (which would of course be synonomous with “idiots”).

Maybe they were able to make a virgin drink for him? (By which I mean, the drink itself was “virgin,” not that they found a virgin to drink it for him. Although, who knows, with these people.)
I wonder now if they won’t hold off on a merge until the very last minute, simply out of spite, if they even have one at all. Burnett can be a bitch that way. Personally, I think it would be hysterical if they just kept letting Ulong “Pagong” itself. They’d have to change the rules with regard to sitters-out, I guess. Maybe the Kororians will have to draw straws or purple rocks o’ doom to determine who will compete in each challenge … ?
Lessons learned in this episode:

[li]Whenever possible, let the Eagle Scout tie your knots, not the sailor.[/li][li]Do not underestimate the knot-tying and knot-untying abilities of someone who does macramé.[/li][li]For the love of Pete, don’t ever say “we have this one in the bag”![/li][/ol]
Oh, and **James**? Doesn’t it really suck to be on the receiving end of your own “justification” for voting someone out? You ass. Although, in a perverse sort of way, I would have liked for you to win at least the $100k for second place, so you can replace that beak on your face with something at least mammalian. Dear God.

[spoiler]We learn that the Ulongs also lose the fishing challenge. They show Bobby Jon so proud because he’s caught a eight ounce fish and he’s talking about how he feels a sense of victory. Then they cut to the Koror camp and Tom’s dragging a sixty pound shark out of the ocean.

Can anyone give me a review of what was said at the beginning of the show when the Ulongs returned from council? Two other people in the room were having a conversation and it distracted me.
On what I did see, thank God they finally got rid of James. He’s one of the worst players ever and somehow was unable to see how badly he sucked. He couldn’t even see how bad his reputation was with the other players.
I was surprised by Stephenie’s move though. How can her jumping back and forth on the vote possibly benefit her? Considering how worried she was about keeping Bobby Jon’s trust, what was she thinking? Or was it just really bad playing?

Absolutely - James has to be the worst “leader” ever, and all the while he thought he was doing just fine. Thank goodness he’s finally gone as his team was decimated.
After TC, my wife’s comment was: “stephanie is screewwed!”. I’m not sure – Bobby John and Ibraham (particularly the former) don’t seem to have all the porch lights on, she might weather this. Maybe? And she did **rock** in the shooting challenge, but that probably doesn’t count for much now.
What’s the deal with the “de-evolved” jellies? Where were they when they were snorkeling?

IF there’s no merge, what happens if Ulong loses the next 2 immunity challenges? If they lose next week, they’ll then be down to 2 players. If they lose the following week, each of them votes against the other and it’s an unbreakable tie. ??
