It’s unofficial now, but solid info. on the web indicates who our returning players are this year, along with some info. on the others. I’ll post in the next thread in case someone does not want to get spoiled. ---

If this is the best they can do, it might just be time to call it a show and ride off into the sunset. Stunt casting is getting old, and the whole “returning players” schtick is garbage. Even though they are bringing back two very interesting players, I’d still rather see 18 completely new people. All Hantzs must die. ---

Yeah, I’m pretty much done with returning players too. I think it really screwed up Big Brother this summer, and last season of Survivor, I’m pretty sure they just wanted to give Mariano the win for once. ---

Looks like the typical Survivor cast. They must get one of each type straight from “central casting”. I like the idea of hiding the clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol. But thumbs down to the return of Redemption Island. ---

Too much air time spend watching death matches on RI instead of the real game. That tall blonde (from link in Twickster post) is probably the ex-bunny. Hope she last a few episodes. ---

I was surprised when I checked out Coach’s (Benjamin Wade) Wikipedia page. They always referred to him as a soccer coach on Survivor, but he is also a classical music composer and symphony conductor. ---

Well, he SAYS he’s a classical music composer and symphony conductor…and he probably believes it, too. Of course, he also believes he’s some kind of secret agent, a mystical sensei, and the irresistable entree for Amazonian cannibals (well, at least part of him). Jesus, not more returnees! Is every season from now on going to be Fans vs. Favorites? I don’t like this trend, at all. Even when they cast someone I liked in their original season, I rarely find that my goodwill toward that person survives their return. Ozzy and Coach are both double returnees, too…if they’re going to bring people back, how about people who haven’t had multiple chances to win already? ---
