Hmm. I once tried mine to see what my partners have had to go through. That’s enough for me. I don’t think it’s inherently worse than vaginal secretions (albeit more volume and a different texture). Would you slag women for being grossed out by the thought of slurping their own vaginal juices? Same thing, surely. ---

It’s amazing that the idea of swallowing one’s own bodily fluids seems so distasteful to some people. Look how salty **Lobsang** was. This is so sticky. Why sour on the idea? Some people are just bitter. It all leaves a foul taste in my mouth. ---

I’m just surprised that there seems to be a lot of people (not ragging on you, **Lobsang** , just a general comment) that don’t see anything wrong with having other people taste something you wouldn’t taste yourself. Of course I know what I taste like - I’d never ask anybody else to stick their tongue down there if I didn’t know what it tasted like! It’s like sending your men out to do a job you won’t do yourself. ---

It’s about choice. If someone wants to (for example) slit their wrists. I won’t have much of a problem with it because they are doing it by choice. But I wouldn’t want to slit my own wrists. (Not that I am equating wrist slitting with sperm injesting) If a girl didn’t want me to erm, \ do it in her mouth I would understand totally because of my own ‘issue’ with it being in my mouth, but if she _did_ want me to, It would be her choice. I have no problem with people doing something they want to do (or even _don’t mind_ doing if they think it will please their partner) but I fully understand if they share the same unwillinglness as me. I am not being selfish, I am just being understanding of levels of willingness to let that particular fluid in one’s mouth. ---

k, silly jokes aside, i think it’s all context. i would not know so feel free to correct this - a guy who enjoys swallowing his boyfriend’s load does not neccessarily enjoy swallowing his own. this obviously does not apply to the OP, but what is the general opinion? ---

I swallowed my semen once. Tasted kinda good. Texture was a little weird to get used to, but not bad. Then I realized: I just swallowed something that came out of my own body. _My own._ As in, my body got rid of it, but I took it back in. Never did it again. Why do I expect women to be OK with swallowing my semen? Because the only hangup I had about it was that it was my own–it wasn’t nasty, it didn’t taste bad, it didn’t physically feel bad–and this obviously wouldn’t be an issue for the women in question. It’s not the semen that gets me, at all. It’s that it’s mine. And to be honest? I would try it again, and probably will. I remember kind of liking the taste. Hell, I wouldn’t be surprised if I end up swallowing someone else’s semen someday. Am I gay? No, I love women. Am I bi? Maybe. I don’t know. I can find guys attractive, although I don’t think I would have sexual relations with one at this particular point in my life. Either way, the idea of me swallowing semen, in and of itself, doesn’t seem icky to me at all. So that’s why I think it’s reasonable for me to ask/expect a woman to swallow my ejaculate: I would do it, and have. ---

This thread is _way_ TMI for IMHO as far as I’m concerned, too mild for The BBQ Pit, and I’ll be damned if I’m going to stick this in Great Debates.
