**picunurse** I wept like a seven year old girl who had just lost her favorite doll when my niece walked down the aisle on the arms of her father and step-father. Ok, so it wasn’t a screaming temper tantrum but it was tears. More importantly I survived the big dinner/dance with open bar afterwards. 😃 It was a party! Bring your friend. Heck, bring several. The more the merrier. We could all just go to **Saltire’s** cooking show and eat for free. **cherry** I’ll be emailing **Aguecheek** with more details of my arrival and so forth. He has agreed to be our fearless leader. It’s a come watch the guy from south Jawja who talks real funny informal type of dopefest. I sure hope you can be there. I’m gettin’ all jazzed over the idea of seein’ a bunch of dopers and being a part of my first ever dopefest! ---

Whatever you’re drinkin’ **Aguecheek** it’s yours. YAY! Two more yeas! I remember **Cervaise’s** “The Telemarketer Speaks, I Respond” Pit Thread. It’s like a big honor that he’ll be there. If y’all are not familiar with that particulary spectacular piece of Pittery I suggest you do a search and read that masterpiece. It’s a thing of Pit Beauty! This looks like it’s coming together really well thanks to the efforts of our fearless leader. ---

Not sure where I stand yet - there’s a family trip to Leavenworth that’s been talked about for some time, and it looks like hubby, my BIL, and my FIL will be getting time off in May for it. I don’t know what the details are just yet, so I’ll have to get back to you guys on that as soon as I find out for sure. ---

**Scotticher** what do you mean _if_ it works into your schedule. Obviously this deserves the hightest priority. You really need to work on your organizational skills dear. 😃 As I said earlier, I should be at my hotel by around 2 PM on the 14th at the latest. I’ll be ready to play! However, you are quite correct…it DOES deserve the highest priority. But, my family is just a tad bit higher on the scale, and…there lies the rub. If I lived in the Seattle area, it wouldn’t be an issue…I’d work it out and BE there. BUT…I live two hours north of Seattle, and I have an aging father who requires…this and that. (I won’t bore you with details) You are going to get in late in the afternoon on a Saturday, and I don’t know if the plans are going to allow dinner and the underground tour at a time I can do both, or even either. I’d like to, though. So I’ll try. I really DO want to meet you. Very much. ---

**Scotticher** I’ll be in Seattle early afternoon on the 14th if that helps any. My plane is due to arrive at 11:07 AM (gotta love those exact times!), so if all goes well I figure I’ll be at the hotel between one and two that afternoon. I do understand about the aging father thing cause I’ve been there. I’m just hoping you can make it. I can’t believe this is only about 3 weeks away now! I’m gettin’ all excited. ---
