I just (past month) switched from evening workouts to mornings before going to workout.

My actual exercises and duration have not changed, yet I sweat a LOT more in morning.

Is there a factual reason for this? Something to do with just waking?

I’m just curious, not in anyway concerned or anything.

Have to say it feels much better through the day now.
