I enjoy these Swiffer commercials. Turns out Lee and Morty are a real couple thats been together over 40 years. (they married late in their 40’s). Cute couple and so full of energy at 91. Anyone else enjoy these commercials? I can’t watch those links at work, but I like those commercials too and have always thought of them as a real married couple. One thing, though: I noticed that the refrigerator behind them in one ad has a little sign that says “Pearl’s Kitchen”. Who’s Pearl? ---

I’m glad to learn that they’re not actors. (Not that it’s bad when actors get work; it’s just nice to know we’re actually seeing something real, or pretty close to it.) ---

According to a post from Swiffer on Facebook, Pearl was Lee’s late sister. ---

They’re adorable! One I like was the one with the husband who had like one hand/partial amputee and he talked about how swiffer made his cleaning easier. I don’t see it on youtube? Do I have no youtubefu? (I’ve tried cheaping out on the stuff (this is not an ad) ) but yeah, don’t buy the store/generic equiv.) Ugh. That crap has made my last couple of days hell. ---

I get a kick out of him calling her “Babe”.
