The coolest thing that ever happened in my familiy’s fish tank was when two Tiger Barbs we had mated. One day we looked into the tank and there was one more fish in it than last time we looked. It was another Tiger Barb, except much smaller!

what kind of algea is it? As I said in my earlier post, my tank had a terrible algea problem. What finally worked was Red Slime Remover from UltraLife Reef Product. Test your water first, but this stuff may help if the algea is beyond controlling through water changes, etc.
Thanks for the MB link, Zette. I found out that my pond plants are supposed to look dead this time of year. I have to think of another question to ask though. They have me listed as a “Small Fry” member!
