# Swinging all night long on my 12 and a half foot tall swingset?

You think I can swing continuously on my swingset from from sunset to sunrise? Has anyone ever done that? That would be a good workout for a night.

Make sure you have a soft landing with no sharp objects anywhere around so you won’t hurt yourself when the swinging causes you to fall asleep and fall off.

Hydration and bathroom breaks will be a factor; you’ll need a ground crew. A two person trapeze might work best.

The longest marathon on a swing by an individual is 31 hours and is shared between Michael Kurtz and Adam Wiseman (both Canada) at a charity event named 'The Big Swing' in Toronto, Canada, from 22 August to 24 August 2008.
Both men decided to share the record after steping off their repective swings at the same time. The attempt was a successful charitable event organised in conjunction with the the Better Day Alliance Foundation. They raised $4,000 in on site donations. The attempt lasted from 9pm on Friday 22 August to 6am on Sunday 24 August 2008.

I would also caution the OP against opening too many threads about similar topics. If the OP has an interest in swings, I would suggest creating a personal blog somewhere so that they may post about swings without restriction.

This is what my swingset looks like. Of course mine has the seats. I have one seat on but me and my father need to take one of the 12 foot long chains off. We need to take the chain to home depot to see why it fits my 5/16 inch shackle that we purchased a while ago. Yesterday I took one of the shackles that was on the seat and saw if the screw pin fit through the 3/16 inch chain at the store. It did not.

If i ride my bike to my swingset and try to get the font tire up on one of the legs of the swingset, will the swingset glitch and launch me hundreds of feet into the air and make me land half a mile away? Like this?

Swings with restrictions are no fun. How else can you try to do a 360 around the top pole?

My parents only want me to swing normally on my swing. No stunts, pole dancing or swinging as high as possible and launching myself onto the trampoline from the swingset. I had wanted to do a monkey drop flip from the swing seat.
