Hey, You got your Tabasco in my eggs! Hey, you got my eggs in your Tabasco! Two flavors that go great together… [The Concurrent Pickled Egg thread…](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=480115) **Tabasco Pickled Eggs and Andouille** 12 peeled hardboiled Eggs 1 link of Andouille Sausage sliced on the bias 2 large 12 oz. bottles of tabasco Add all together in a large sanitized jar. Add a little bottled water to cover if it isn’t enough Tabasco to bring it to the top of the jar. Refrigerate for a week. Eat. ---
