# Tacky behavior.  Can you top it?

Actually, I may be able to answer this one. A guy who lived on my hall last year was in the habit of not washing his hands. When asked why, he said the paper kept anything from getting on his hand, therefore his hand was perfectly clean and not in need of washing.
