I’m stunned that nobody on this board in this thread has mentioned huitlacoche. Shit is the bomb-diggity, and really good for you too.
I loved Tito’s Tacos. To be sure, they’re not the best tacos in the city, but they were tasty and cheap. My routine would be to rent a helicopter on a weekend morning and fly around a bit, then go to Tito’s for two tacos, a cup of beans, and chips, and take it home to consume with a beer. Good times.
