Nah, I’ve seen this on both sides. Everybody on the right is sheep, everybody on the left is lunatics. Each side has a habit of finding the other side’s positions unbelievably, self-evidently stupid. It seems to me to be not so much a feature of the ‘left’ or the ‘right’, but of super-polarized politics.
