Which goes back to the original idea where the astronaut has to do something visually that synchs with something independently reproducible on Earth. Such as timing fist pumps to some common musical score.

But then those sneaking NASA folk would know this, so they would have the astronaut change his fist pump rate to just the right amount so when they slow down the film, it synchs with that song.

sigh That’s why conspiracy theorists are never beatable. They can just project a bigger conspiracy.

The thing is, who in 1969-1971 would ever have thought this moon hoax nuttery would pop up decades later?

Very true, determining the number of frames per second is left to the sanity of the viewer.
