# Talk me out of buying a Nespresso espresso maker

Do you think it would be possible to manufacture a reusable pod, maybe made out of thicker aluminium with a pre drilled hole in the bottom and a replaceable pre perforated cap. Thus one could use what ever coffee one desired, cut down on trash and still have the convenience factor.

Except then you’d be replicating what a regular espresso machine does, except with a lid on!
