Uh, not to jump on you, but tox screening is NOT done under GLP; force-feeding a handful of mice is a far cry from a full preclinical protocol, and doesn’t require much in the way of permission; artificial flavors are NOT drugs; and most of this work never gets submitted to FDA. Nothing that needs to be submitted gets done until you already know what the answer is.
