Stirring the pot with nothing genuine behind it. Attacking people in clearly meanspirited ways. He looks to me like an obliviously cheerful redneck who hopes to shoot the breeze with others in a good-natured manner. The opposite of trolling. ---

What he did was heinous. He is not a good person. But yes, he was cheerful about it and didn’t seem to expect posters to dislike it.
