Actually, I was just afraid all those loose women would be a bad influence on Kate and Company. The drive was tiresome. And then we did the round trip AGAIN yesterday to pick up some last minute things and sign some real estate papers. Ugh! The house is beautiful. It’s even better than I’d thought now that it has some furniture in it. I swear the ballroom is big enough for some 7 on 7 football. We got the network set up yesterday and brought the connection online late. Email today and BANG! We’re in business. I got here about 2:30AM on Thursday morning and found out my new employers had been worried about me and got the real estate agent to let them in so they could leave a care package of food and household goods for me. How sweet, eh? I start work tomorrow. Wish me luck. ---
