I seem to recall that this was an issue for one of the roadblocks on their first appearance as well. ---

I don’t but I wonder about how that would conflict or be resolved with the rules about a team splitting tasks between the 2 members. ---

Maybe he couldn’t fit the helmets they had available. They haven’t made any sort of adaptation for Margie and Luke, that I’ve seen. I’m glad the YouTube “sensations” were kicked off. And I was surprised at how unannoyed I was at Brendon and Rachel this ep. Except for praying that God helps them. As a religious person, it annoys me. I can imagine how an atheist would feel. I continue to love the cowboys, but they’d better up their game. Stupid mistakes will eventually bite them in the butt. It’s a good thing they are so competent in most tasks. I didn’t see them ride the rapids, and I was hoping to - as pro bull riders, it should be a breeze to stay on a bucking raft. StG ---

All the rowing with the poles drove me crazy. Just push the damn raft along. I bet you’ll move faster. Next week looks fun. Another of Luke’s famous temper tantrums! ---

I was astonished to find that I didn’t hate any of the teams I normally hate this week. Luke was whiny when on the raft and he couldn’t communicate but that frustration is reasonable and mom using her shirt to hold the raft together was awesome. Rachel was crazy with the pantless rappelling and the OMG we’re going to die stop being swept away from me in the rapids but somehow less whiny than normal. Jessica’s facial expressions as she repetitively handed the next dart to John were freaking hilarious and mostly made up for John’s weird ass John Smith/Pocahontas fantasy that we didn’t need to hear about. The Blondes didn’t whine, didn’t flirt their way into someone else finishing their raft for them. The one that got her finger caught in the bamboo once she was free just got on with it. The other one was really sweet, trying to figure out what she could do to help but unable to get much out of AHHHHHHHHH!! I thought I must just be in a really good mood but then the preview came on and I slipped comfortably into hating Luke again so all is right in the universe. Now if my cowboys would stop screwing up half the time they’d be unbeatable. On the plus side they take it all in stride and don’t get stressed which saves them enough time to come back but that can’t last forever. Stop screwing up! ---

If we could cut apart the Brendon/Rachel team and Margie/Luke team and combine them into Brendon/Margie and Rachel/Luke we’d have one team I’d like and one team I’d love to watch fail miserably. Maybe they should do that for a future TAR season. Bring back returning players, then swap all the teams at the start. ---

So long as what they are praying for isn’t objectionable to me and “shit this is scary so don’t let me get hurt” seems fine.
