I’m stunned at the idea that someone in 2006 has no way of recording a program for future viewing. I’d offer to tape it for you and send you the tape, but that really won’t do you any good without a VCR. At least you can read the TWoP recap. As for who’s going home tonight, assuming it’s not a NEL, I’m gonna go out on a limb and predict Team MoJo. I just have a feeling that Mo is going to flip out and cost them the leg. Dunno why exactly but there it is. Feel free to mock me in a jocular fashion if I’m wrong. ---

I know; it’s barbaric. We don’t have Caller ID, either! We actually do have a VCR, but it’s not set up and I’m not even convinced that either one of us knows how to program it, so fat lot of good it does me. I’m feeling surprisingly awake, and I’ve tried practicing my PowerPoint but it is pissing me off, so TAR it is. ---

We knew Lake is a dentist. Michelle is his hygienist. Let’s talk Yield. I think Dave and Lori made a mistake not using it. They knew there were several teams right behind them and that there was a Roadblock coming up. They needed to give themselves some time. Lake and Michelle played it right, Yielding a team they knew was behind them after having lost time going to the wrong place. ---

The best line of the night was Lake’s “Honey, you know I can’t do the Internets,” or whatever he actually said. That was almost as good as “That was partially my fault.” The man’s an ass, but at least I get to laugh at him! **Wolfian** , that was Monica and Joseph, ie Team Mojo (as they name themselves). I think they’ll stay in the top three next week, as David & Lori succumb to killa fatigue. ---

Is it just me, or is Lake turning out to be one of the more complex people on the show this season? Finally the Hippies explain their incessant “humor.” They use it to get people to help them. I can think of two flaws in that theory. First, my guess is that they have at least a 50% chance of driving away the people they “joke” with and second, _they aren’t funny_. Blond Gonad zhuzhing his hair, offering to pose shirtless for his teammate and commenting on ancient buff Greeks? Could someone be dropping pealrs? ---
