My friend, who happens to be the person I got for our group’s Secret Santa, posted [this link](http://laughingsquid.com/tardis-teapot/) on Facebook. I thought it was awesome, but it’s almost ten times the price limit on our exchange. So I Googled Tardis Teapot and came up with [this cute idea](http://www.wheresthetardis.com/entry/100244). So I hied over to Paint Your Pot, found the identical teapot and cup set, and painted away. I think it came out pretty well, given I was kind of making up the technique as I went along. Also, I discovered that if you want to make something nice, especially with lettering, you need to bring your own paintbrushes. Still, not bad for $18! ---
