Remember this is all based on the assignment we got in class, which is to find a way to help BB beat their competition–and our group was assigned to the BB/Target pairing. Is Target actually a strong competitor against BB? No idea.

My main goal with this survey is to get people’s general impressions of the stores and find out why they choose one over the other. It’s hardly scientific, but so far it’s giving me the info I need for my project. And for that, everyone, my thanks! I’ll have some good stuff for my group when we meet again next week.

Best Buy is loud, their salesmen are useless pricks, the selection is poor, the markup is astounding, thus the name is ironic, the store is poorly organized, and their practice of requiring the doorperson to label my returned merchandise before I walk six feet to the returns desk is ridiculous.

Just giving this a little bump. Our class meets again tomorrow, so I wanted to get a little more mileage out of this if I can.
