Really what does it stand for. TCF as in TCF Bank. You know the Totally Free Checking guys.

It stands for “No, we don’t sell money orders anymore, but for only $3.00 we can give you a cashier’s check for that $5.00 you needed.”
But it’s in Assyrian, which is why it’s just TCF

$3.00 ? You’re kidding me. At my credit union, I’m entitled to one cashier’s check a day, for free. I never need a fraction of that, mind you, but it’s nice anyway.
