# Teach Me About Cigarettes

JM Barrie wrote [a book](http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/18934) about his love affair with pipe smoking (which starts with why he quit, and why nobody should smoke, and how inconsiderate smokers are - and then goes on to how wonderful smokers are, how nice it is to smoke, etc.). He’s quite insistent that one particular brand of tobacco will make you a better person.

I smoked 1 cigarette in my life.

Back in a day when I habitually enjoyed another, less legal substance, I decided to try a cigarette. Looking at the cigarette in my hand I thought\* lighting this and sucking puffs like normal people is so inefficient.\* So I removed the bowl of my favorite bong, stuck the cigarette in the tube, carefully drew the entire cigarette into the bong, then with one dramatic WHOOP I inhaled the whole cigarette in one breath.  
Never since have I had to scrub vomit off a ceiling.
