Especially the permanent part. Most jurisdictions do not allow living in an RV except at specific locations/events/etc. No one but tech-challenged idiots refer to an RV as a “mobile home”. ---

My mistake. I will comment that I have seen RV-based trailer parks where the RVs never move. And when I read the OP I figured their plan was to travel around, which is supposedly pretty inexpensive to do. ---
