It galling to me that even this supposedly ivy league conservative debate champion smart guy couldn’t foresee the negativity that would come out from doing something like this. Every time I think a particular Republican really can’t be that stupid and they are just faking it, I get proof that they really are idiots ---

From what I understand, they could have stayed on his wife’s employer’s plan through COBRA, at least for eighteen months. COBRA’s expensive though, since you’re paying both your share and the employer’s share of the costs. Is Cruz too cheap to stand up for a principle? :rolleyes: ---

He could totally eliminate all liberal criticism if he just said “I was wrong about Obamacare, its great, it saves people money and saves me and my family money. Everyone should go on it.
