Don’t know where to put this, but since the Nuge is a major rock figure, Cafe Society seems as good a place as any. Mods, move it if necessary. It seems Ted Nugent took to his Facebook wall on September 4, and predicted that terrorists would strike at the United States and Europe on Thursday, the 13th anniversary of September 11, 2001. “Person known to be horribly deranged says something deranged.” This is news how? Can we please just collectively stop caring about Ted Nugent? His music is mediocre and he hasn’t brought anything of note out in quite a while. Meanwhile, he’s a racist, xenophobic douchebag gun nut. He has nothing of value to contribute to any discussion on anything other than “Ted Nugent’s old discography”. We need to stop giving crazy old stars like this guy and Trump a national platform for their ignorance. It’s just _stupid_. And it makes us all dumber. ---

I remember a guy at school really liked him. I really liked the name of his band _The Amboy Dukes_. Never much liked Ted though. ---
