The Secretary of the Army, so yeah, it’s subject to change to accomodate this if leadership wills it, but the normal regulation revision and promulgation process would make that like a reprieve to the prisoner. I don’t really know how fast the regulatory bureaucracy can move just because Kegbreath is yelling at them. ---

As silly as it sounds, I think the published witness list is the one requirement you can’t get over, unless someone tells the warden\* to just publish a list that says “everyone with an internet connection”. Which is stupid on its face, but that’s obviously not an impediment is it? \*CMDT, USDB ---

You’re all being short-sighted. Televised/livestreamed executions could be a fantastic source of revenue to draw down the national debt. Commercial sponsors will clamor to run ads. “Tonight’s execution is brought to you by Bad Boy Mowers, General Electric​⚡ and the Saudi Arabia Department of Tourism.” ---

Yeah, a doctor would only be present for declaring the victim dead, I suppose. But what if the firing squad are aiming badly and the victim gets shot, but not fatally? ---
