Tell me about Buffalo-Need answer soon-ish

Really. I’m surprised. I’ll admit I don’t order a beef on weck all that often but it’s been always been served with dip. That said, I’ve never been to Charlie’s.

Yeah, the Schwabl’s pictures don’t show it, either, but I’ve never been there. However, I don’t see any jus in any of their videos, either. Now that I think of it technically, the first beef on weck I had was from Anderson’s, but that’s a local chain (like a really good Arby’s), so I wouldn’t expect jus there, anyway. It does look like some places may provide jus for dipping, from what I can see reading around on the internet, but the weck I’ve had has been plenty juicy (the bottom/cut side of the bun was already dipped in the jus) and it was not necessary. I might have to try one with jus on the side next time just for kicks, but I don’t recall it needing any more moisture.

No jus at Anderson’s. Might be a good addition, but not necessary.
