# Tell me about living in a Maryland suburb of DC

If you’re concerned about crime safety, you might not want to live in Takoma Park, as they [slightly limit your Second Amendment rights](http://www.takomaparkmd.gov/committees/nfz/nftpc.htm) there. 😉

I just did a search for four bedroom homes in my zip code (downtown Silver Spring). The cheapest was $370k. The two in my very awesome neighborhood are both in the $450-$500 range.
