Now that the Christmas bills have been put to rest, the Lizardo household would like to get a weather station. I would love to get the [Davis vantage Pro](http://www.weathershack.com/davis-instruments-vantage-pro.html) which monitors and graphs temp, humidity, barometric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall and other stats, but it’s WAY too expensive. The features I would like to have are indoor and outdoor temp, humidity, and barometric pressure, with some kind of rudimentary forecasting. The two units that are actually in my price range that I am looking at are [this one from LaCrosse](http://www.weathershack.com/lacrosse-technology-ws9032-wireless-weather-station.html) and [this one from Oregon Scientific.](http://www.ambientweather.com/orscbhmowest.html) Does anyone have any experience with these models or manufacturers? I’m flying pretty blind here, and any help is appreciated.

I have a simpler LaCrosse model with atomic time and temp/RH but no barometric display, just a fuzzy-forecast graphic that shows a trend: rising (up arrow with sun picture) or falling (down arrow with cloud picture). It seems reliable enough and was easy to set up.
