Good morning, Dallas I wasn’t differentiating… my point was as a reminder, a learning moment… Plus I had great indepth article. Some of our older people may not be as knowledgeable on the lightening speed, greed and the extent of the information amassed, stored, saved, and analyzed. And a recent investigation by The New York Times demonstrated that a location data company can track senior government and security officials, including the President, through their cell phone pings. When combined with publicly available records, these location data can reveal intimate details of the officials and their families (Thomson and Warzel 2019). Even data that are supposed to be anonymous can easily be de-anonymized and used to reveal characteristics of the subjects, such as their political and religious views (Narayanan and Shmatikov 2006). There’s no guarantee that restricting your location sharing settings will prevent these companies from tracking your location because there’s no way to know which apps are abusing their privileges (well, [other than weather apps](https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/gy77wy/stop-using-third-party-weather-apps)). The only way to be certain it’s not happening would be to turn off location services entirely, but that would severely reduce the utility of the iPhone. Even setting every app to Never would be problematic, eliminating Maps and Google Maps, Lyft and Uber, and photo geotagging in all camera apps. When I can’t sleep I make a cup of coffee and smoke a ciggerette. I literally by the 3rd sip a puff or 2 I put out the cigarette. Maybe one or 2 more sips of coffee. I am totally relaxed 7-8 minutes. My theory is your day is done, except your mind is already into tomorrow. I’m positive that the ritual of picking that special cup… the aroma, the sound of quiet solitude. You just enjoying, just relaxing. Doing what you want and that’s Ok. It is like you are giving yourself permission to relax and it’s ok. ---

I once took a low dose delta 8 edible, and had the greatest trip I’ve ever had on any drug. It was like I took the most potent anti-anxiety med and the most potent anti-depressant I’ve ever tried at the same time. I just laid in bed smiling and listening to music. It was awesome. subjectively it was one of the best experiences of my life. however most trips are garbage on Delta 8. A lot of the time it just makes me sleepy. ---

Question: What is the physical difference between Delta-8 THC and Delta-9 THC? Are they separate plants or are they grown on the same one? ---

Delta-8 is derived from the same plants as Delta-9 THC and CBD. CBD is extracted from the plants and synthesized into Delta-8.
