Burnt, but I would still eat it. The black stuff would have a bitter flavour, though, so it would be better if it wasn’t burnt ---

I like my bacon cooked, but only to the point where you need a knife to cut it. If it shatters when try to cut it, it’s over cooked. ---

Definitely burnt for me. Dry, burnt, extra crispy bacon is a waste to me. I like it cooked through, a bit crispy on the edges, but not very much so. It should still be bendable for my tastes. ---
