Tell me your Crab Recipes

Well, since I had my intestines rewired so I don’t absorb most of the fat that I eat, they’re actually pretty good for me, personally. Sometimes I feel sorry for y’all with fully functional plumbing. :wink:

If you have any crab meat leftover after your feast, may I suggest you make this with it?

I just had some stuffed crab for lunch and it was so good. Does anyone know how to make some really good crab dip?

Here’s a simple one:
1 8oz brick cream cheese, softened
3Tbsp. salsa
2Tbsp. prepared horseradish
6-8oz. crab meat

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy; add salsa and horseradish and mix well. Stir in crab meat, and refrigerate.

Well, the recipe says “refrigerate”, but I prefer my crab dip hot, so I pour it in a little casserole dish and broil it til it’s bubbly. I usually put some finely sliced scallions on top, too.

So … you could say that you have a raging case of crabs?
