Don’t know if my participation as an XY is threadshitting, but in college, I was told, on more than one occasion, “You’d make a good mom.” (because of things like putting napkins in front of fellow students who were about to eat something messy) ---

A preteen child who is not in any way related to me regularly sleeps over at my house. I have no children of my own. She has a chaotic home life, so this is kind of her safe haven and place to get away from all that. We do all kinds of fun stuff together (make slime, do science experiments, paint, watch movies) and she sometimes goes home after dinner and sometimes stays over (like if her guardian is out of town or if she’s asked to come spend the night). Nobody bats an eye at the fact that I spend all this time alone with this random kid. ---

Thank you. And to all the posters mentioning uteruses (uteri?) and menstruation- not all women have a uterus/menstruate and not every human who has a uterus/menstruates is a woman. ---

It is a lighthearted thread saying things you’ve done that people would be, Oh yeah, women do that. No, not all women do, heck, I like football and mma bouts. It was the frosting eating that made me think. And I regret eating that, too. ---
