I’ll start:
I was in a local commercial for the camera store I worked at (30 years ago). Not only was in it, I also ran the camera and lights and directed it.
That’s right folks, I exposed myself on TV!

I began this year with a deep sense of foreboding that it would be my last.
It started with an abrupt onset of difficulty imagining myself existing in the future (any time I tried to think about a future family holiday, etc, I wasn’t in the picture).
This was further compounded by two different people telling me (unbidden) that they dreamed I had died.
I then had a bit of a health-related scare that eventually turned out to be nothing at all.
I guess it’s mostly worn off now. Maybe I’ll live.

As a kid in the 1970s I would watch an episode of Star Trek (TOS) every now and then via reruns. Was never really in to it.
My 15 year old daughter has become somewhat of a SF nut of late, so I purchased Seasons 1, 2, and 3 on Blu-Ray for her. They contain each and every episode.
So over the last few months my daughter and I have been watching each episode, in order. Last night we watched Episode #58.

I played trombone in school and community bands for 15 years (basically 3 different groups of people), and I was the only girl in the section for 12 of those years.
I was the only trombone player in my school in my grade, so for a long time I was first chair not because I was the most talented, I just had the most experience.

Technically, yes. It was our high school orchestra. Although in theory, anyone could have gotten a ticket to listen, in practice, the audience was pretty much a few of our parents and the other high school orchestra waiting to come on when we were done.

I used to really enjoy licking electrical sockets when I was a baby. That was in the 70s, before any serious baby proofing was considered required.

Back in college, I was one of the people chained to our student center to protest the University’s investments in Apartheid.
They eventually unlocked me…
I once fell off/down a small cliff/hillside, breaking both elbows and my right wrist. And I then drove home. Stick shift. _100% true story_
I had a B-210 hatchback with a 1.6L engine back in college that people used to call “The Red Baron”.

I get irrationally jealous of people who have large, loving families and large groups of close friends. Both of which I don’t have.
