Does anyone know what the lyrics are to the Thuggee chant in _Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom_? If so, what language are they speaking, and what does it mean in English? ---

Come on, folks, the movie’s out on DVD. With the vast diversity of international readers this board has, I can’t believe no one who knows the language has seen it. I did find out on the IMDB that “Kali Ma shakti de” means “spiritual power of Mother Kali”, but that’s it. Anyone else know more? ---

I don’t know the translation, but I’ve seen the movie enough to phonetically spell out the chants. The first chant goes: “Ooo, Mum-Zee-Bah.” Repeat indefinitely. The main bald guy repeatedly said: “Caleema will rule the world.” Oh, wait. Are you talking about the song in the beginning?
