HELP!!!

I was clearing out rubbish from my hard drive to defrag it, including the temporary internet files (TIF from now on), but if I do ‘Properties’ on TIF folder in local settings it says there’s still 500 MB in it. After checking a couple of websites, I deleted the contents of ‘content.ie5’, but still no luck. So I copied the whole folder onto the desktop to see what was in it, where I found a 400 MB video file, but when I search for that, it doesn’t find it in the original TIF folder.

Is there any way of completely deleting all the TIF files?

Thanks in advance,

Forgot to mention - the max size for the folder is 150MB
