# Tender bulbs

So bulbs that I love are now on good sale as prime time to plant is over. I have bought lilies, cannas, dahlias, gladiola’s. I live in Baltimore. How will they do if I plant them is a week or two, or is my best bet to overwinter and plant in spring?

Plant ASAP, enjoy what growth and blooms you get this year, dig and store the cannas and dahlias after frost.  
In general, such bulbs don’t take well to storage over multiple winters.
