Not necessarily. Dimitrov seems to play Rafa close and should Rafa win that match, Fed or Murray will not be a cakewalk. Should he get to the final, I like his chances. I don’t think Rafa has lost to either Stan or Berdych in his career. Correction: Only three (or two?) career losses to Berdych, last I could find was in 2006. Zero to Wawrinka. ---

BTW I got three Nadal losses to Berdych from the [ATP](http://www.atpworldtour.com/Players/Head-To-Head.aspx?oId=BA47&pId=N409) and two from [here](http://tennis.wettpoint.com/en/h2h/22410-22080.html). I’m not really gonna investigate that any further. It’s enough of a pain in the ass just posting links from my phone. ---

This is a hell of a coming-out party for Bouchard. This is her first Australian Open! She was Newcomer of the Year last year after making the third round at Wimbledon and second round in Paris and New York, and she’s only made one final on the main tour. I’m always glad to see Li Na do well, too. And what a huge win that is for Wawrinka. He’ll be the underdog in the next round and we’ll see how well he bounces back. ---

One of the many interesting things about the Djokovic-Wawrinka match: Djokovic had made 14 straight Grand Slam semifinals. That was the longest streak ever after Federer’s run of 23 in a row. He’d also won the Australian Open three years in a row, so this solidifies Nadal’s hold on the #1 ranking. ---

Yes. (So I was wrong to say Wawrinka will be the underdog). He’s going to play Berdych in the semis. The other semifinal will be the Nadal/Dimitrov winner against the Federer/Murray winner. ---

On the other half of the draw, I’ve got the full weight of my desire to see Wawrinka make it to the final. 1) I LOVE him and am so glad to see him come into his own, so to speak and 2) I DESPISE Berdych and do not want to live in the version of reality where he has a GS title. ---
