There is probably very little that will be different between your Netscape style sheet and your IE style sheet. Your Navigator style sheet will likely look different, though. I still think this is a bad idea, but here’s how [W3C does it](http://www.w3.org/Style/CSS/), without relying on JavaScript:

You could start a new thread, or you could use a thread already labelled “test” (or similar), as you choose. It’s probably less strenuous on others to use an existing thread, but the difference is negligible.
